The time has come!

Tomorrow I will board a one-way flight to Santiago, Chile. Tomorrow I will continue my adventures in Patagonia! I'm filled with excitement, but the emotions are bittersweet. Leaving my family, especially my Mother, will not be easy. This last month has reminded me that nothing in life should be taken for granted, whether it's the short walk to the mailbox with my Mom everyday or the long journey to Patagonia that will begin tomorrow. Our time on this earth is precious and I'm going to live my life to the fullest. I am truly blessed with so many amazing friends, and a family that offers endless love and support.

For tonight, I'm off to celebrate! My favorite band is playing, which I'm sure they planned as a farewell for me :)
